In case of an ownership change, 8 year warranty on the battery will be applicable. Refer to owner’s manual for more details.
Charging:
At a 60 kW DC fast EV charging station, the MG Windsor Pro takes 50 minutes to charge from 20%-80%. Using a 7.4 kW AC home charger, the Windsor Pro takes 9.5 hours to charge from 10%-100%. At public EV charging stations, the car is compatible with CCS2 DC fast charging points and Type 2 slow charging.
The Windsor Pro comes with a free 7.4 kW AC home charger.
Design & Features:
When it comes to the exterior design, the Windsor EV Pro does not feature any major cosmetic changes, since it is essentially a new variant of the Windsor EV. But on the inside, it now comes with two interior themes. The regular Windsor EV came with just all-black interiors. The EV Pro offers the option of a light-coloured interior as well.

Apart from this, new features also include a powered tailgate, Level 2 ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System) features like traffic jam assist, adaptive cruise control, lane keep assist, intelligent headlamp control, etc. The Windsor EV Pro also gets V2V (Vehicle-to-Vehicle) & V2L (Vehicle-to-Load) functionality, where the car’s battery can be used to charge other electric cars and power external devices. The car also gets new alloy wheels, and there is an ‘ADAS’ badge on the tailgate. MG has introduced 3 new colour options with the Pro model: Celadon Blue, Glaze Red & Aurora Silver.
The EV Pro will continue to sport the features MG offers with the regular MG Windsor EV such as a large 15.6 inch touchscreen, an 8.8 inch digital driver display, wireless phone charging, a panoramic glass roof, lounge-like reclining rear seats and a 9 speaker sound system. Safety features include 6 airbags, 360 degree camera setup, advanced Level 2 ADAS, all 4 disc brakes, etc.
