My plan was simple. I would drive straight to Chandigarh, top up the battery there, head to Ludhiana, and then return to Noida.<\/p>\n<p>The best part is that I did not feel any range anxiety because I already knew where I could charge along the way. I stopped at a <a href=\"https:\/\/evjoints.sng.link\/Cd9ps\/5hsg\/ig6x\">DC fast charging station<\/a>, HPCL Vishal and charged my XEV 9e from 15 to 85%. It was rated for 180 kilowatts, and my car was charging at a speed of 110 kilowatts, which was really impressive. Considering I travelled 850 kilometres, the running cost comes to roughly \u20b92 per kilometre. That\u2019s far cheaper than what I would have spent on petrol or diesel for the same distance.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Was It Difficult?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Honestly, not at all. The key is to plan a little in advance using <a href=\"https:\/\/evjoints.com\/tools\/ev-trip-planner\/\">EV trip planner<\/a>.
