What Are the Battery Options and Driving Range of the Tata Harrier EV?<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Tata Harrier EV comes in two LFP battery options: 65 kWh & 75 kWh. The 65 kWh RWD variant offers a claimed range of 538 km. The 75 kWh RWD & AWD variants offer slightly higher ranges of 627 km & 622 km respectively. <\/span><\/p>\n

What Is the Battery Warranty Offered on the Tata Harrier EV?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Tata Motors is offering a lifetime warranty on the battery of the Harrier EV (for the first buyer). In case of ownership change, warranty will be 10 years from the date of first registration.<\/span><\/p>\n

Charging Time, Charging Speed & Compatible Chargers:<\/b><\/p>\n

The Tata Harrier EV comes with the industry-standard CCS2 charging port.<\/span><\/p>\n

Tata Motors has introduced 1.5C charging tech with the Harrier EV. It can charge up to 250 km in just 15 minutes (at a 120 kW fast EV charger).<\/span><\/p>\n

At a 100 kW DC fast charger, the 65 kWh variant takes 25 minutes to charge from 20%-80%. At a 120 kW fast charger, the 75 kWh variant takes 25 minutes to charge from 20%-80%.<\/span><\/p>\n

With a 7.2 kW AC home charger, the 65 kWh variant takes 9.3 hours to charge from 10-100%, while the 75 kWh variant takes 10.7 hours.<\/span><\/p>\n

Tata Motors has upgraded its acti.ev architecture to acti.ev+, which underpins the Harrier EV. The architecture combines performance, advanced tech & all wheel drive (AWD) capabilities. Going a step ahead of the 360 degree camera setup, the Harrier EV comes with a 540 degree setup that includes the features of a 360 degree system along with a transparent mode, which allows the driver to view what’s under the car. This feature is useful during off-road driving.<\/span><\/p>\n

Apart from the above, the car comes with a 14.53 inch Harman infotainment screen, which is powered by Samsung’s Neo QLED tech. To further uplift the cinematic feel of the cabin, the Harrier comes with JBL 10 speaker sound system with Dolby Atmos.<\/span><\/p>\n
